I've spent 9+ years making sure teams focus on the right problem before they build the solution. I'm most useful when the problem space is ambiguous and the stakes are high, and I’m comfortable leading 0-1 work.

When I’m not working, I’m painting, because I’m endlessly curious about what makes people feel something. I host dinner parties and game nights because I love engineering a delightful experience. I also take on way-too-ambitious home renovations.
